HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE RIGHT APP?

⦿     INDIVIDUAL USER: When you visit the Pro-Skool website (www.Pro-Skool.com) you need to go to the APP STORE section so that you can download the GUARDIAN App through the App Store (Apple users) or Android Store (Samsung, Nokia, Huawei, LG, ONE Plus, Motorola etc.)

⦿     ORGANIZATION MEMBER: You will receive an email from the Organization inviting you to join as a Guardian. In the email, you will find a verification code and a link to download the correct App through the App Store or Android Store.

HOW DO I JOIN AN ORGANIZATION?

⦿     You can join an Organization via an invitation email from that Organization. You can join as many Organizations as long as you receive an invitation to join these Organizations via an email. Once you access the App, you will see an icon saying “CHECK INVITATIONS”, here you will see a list of organizations that have invited you to join them. If no organization has invited you to join them, then this screen will be blank.

HOW DO I JOIN MORE THAN ONE ORGANIZATION?

⦿     You can join as many Organizations as you like, as long as you receive an invitation to join by each Organization via an email. Once you access the App, you will see an icon saying “CHECK INVITATIONS”, here you will see a list of organizations that have invited you to join them. You can join all the organizations that have invited you to join them.

HOW CAN I REGISTER AS A GUARDIAN?

⦿     To register as a Guardian you need to activate your account by clicking the “REGISTER AS A GUARDIAN” icon. You will need to enter “NAME”,”SURNAME”, “E-mail” and you have to propose your own “PASSWORD” which you need to confirm. You will need to Agree the “TERMS AND CONDITIONS” and finally click “NEXT” to continue with your registration. The following screen will ask you to input your full “ADDRESS”. To complete your registration you will need to click “REGISTER AS A GUARDIAN”. At this point you will receive an email with a verification code which you will need to enter in the “VERIFY EMAIL ID” screen. Once you do this and press “VERIFY” you have finished registering as a Guardian and will be taken back to the first “LOG IN” screen. Now you can LOG IN as a Guardian.
The first Guardian/Parent to register in their Pro-Skool App will always be the “PRIMARY GUARDIAN”

HOW CAN I LOG INTO MY GUARDIAN ACCOUNT!

⦿ To Log into your Guardian account, you will need to provide your User ID and Password as done in the intial registartion process. The first time you log into your Guardian account, you will be asked to “CHECK FOR INVITATIONS” and “CHOOSE SUSCRIPTION PLANS”. If an organization has invited you to join then, then you will see the organization in the “INVITATIONS” screen. If you want to obtain a subscription as an individual user outside any organization, you have to choose a subscription plan.

⦿ Once you Log In a second time, you will be directed to your “PROFILE SCREEN”. Here you will see various options for diverse actions. In your “HOME” screen will always be the list of the students which you are connected to.

HOW CAN I CREATE A STUDENT PROFILE.

⦿     As a member of an organization, you can create the student profiles for the different organizations that have invited you to join them and for the students that belong to the organizations. Once you click on the “ORGANIZATION” icon, you will be directed to the “CREATE STUDENT PROFILE” screen. Here you have to enter “NAME”,”SURENAME”,”CREDENTIALS”, you have to create a “USER ID” and “PASSWORD” and then you have to press “CREATE STUDENT”. Do this as many times as you need to until you have created the student profiles of all the students within your organization plan. Now you will be directed to the “HOME” screen of your Guardian App, where a list of all the students you have created can be seen, from here you will be able to “MANAGE STUDENTS”.

⦿ As an individual user, once you choose and purchased a subscription plan and have determined the number of children/students to include in the subscription plan, you will be directed to the “CREATE STUDENT PROFILE” screen. Here you have to enter “NAME”,”SURENAME”,”CREDENTIALS”, you have to create a “USER ID” and “PASSWORD” and then you have to press “CREATE STUDENT”. Do this as many times as you need to until you have created the student profiles of all the students within your subscription plan. Now you will be directed to the “HOME” screen of your Guardian App, where a list of all the students you have created can be seen. The list of students will comprise students invited by an organization and students added as an individual user, from here you will be able to “MANAGE STUDENTS”.

HOW CAN I MANAGE STUDENTS?

⦿     Each student can be managed individually and can be managed in the following ways:

▪ View Profile
▪ Parent/Guardians
▪ Live Tracking
▪ Safe Locations
▪ Safe Routes
▪ Historical Data
▪ Top-Up Subscriptions
▪ Credentials

▪     “VIEW PROFILE” – Here you will see the student details.

▪     “ADD 2ND PARENT/GUARDIAN” – Here you will always see the Primary Guardian. The primary guardian is the person who registered first. The Primary Guardian will be able to add a 2nd Guardian as default. To add a 2ND Guardian press “ADD 2nd GUARDIAN” button. You will be directed to the “ADD 2ND GUARDIAN” screen where you need to enter the new Guardian email address. Once this is completed, you will press the “INVITE GUARDIAN” button. This will send an invitation to the email address of the 2nd Guardian who will use the link in the invitation email to activate their account. When the 2nd Guardian registers as a Guardian, they will see your invitation to join your group.

▪     “ADD TEMPORARY GUARDIANS” – This feature will let you add a temporary guardian who will be a person who you have authorized to supervise your students at a time when you can not do so. This access by a Temporary Guardian is limited to a certain time limit which you can determine. In the “GUARDIANS” screen you will see the the Primary Guardian and when applicable the 2nd Guardian too. Here you can edit, delete or add Temporary Guardians.

▪     “LIVE TRACKING” – Here you will be able to Live Track your students. Here you can activate or deactivate this feature.

▪     “SAFE LOCATIONS” – If you are part of an organization, the Organization address will be visible and will not be able to be moved or edited. The first time you set up a “SAFE LOCATION” you will have to determine and locate a “SAFE LOCATION” by pressing “ADD” button. You will then be asked whether you want to add a safe location by “USING THE MAP” or “ADD ADDRESS MANUALLY”. When choosing “USING MAP” you will be prompted to locate the “SAFE LOCATION” by pressing on the location on the map, you will also be able to determine whether you want a Geo Fence (circular or polygonal) and you will be able to determine the area of the Geo Fencing. When choosing to use the “ADD ADDRESS MANUALLY” you will need to enter the safe address into the available field and you will have to choose from the list of addresses that appear in the addresses list. You can Add two Safe Addresses per student as default.

▪     “SAFE ROUTES” – The first time you Log into your account, you will have to determine two “SAFE ROUTES” per student by going to the “SAFE ROUTES” section of the “MANAGE STUDENT” screen. In the “SAFE ROUTE” screen you will need to press de “ADD” button. Once you are in the “ADD SAFE ROUTE” screen you will need to press de “DRAW ROUTE” button. A map will appear showing your safe addresses, here you will need to add the “SAFE ROUTE” by pressing on the map the route from “ROUTE SOURSE” address to “ROUTE DESTINATION” address and the route from s” ROUTE DESTINATION” address to “ROUTE SOURSE” address when the routes there and back are different.

▪     “HISTORICAL DATA” – Here you will be able to see the “HISTORICAL DATA” of the student in particular. Depending on your subscription plan you will be able to see the historical data for different periods of time in the past.

▪     “TOP UP SUBSCRIPTION” – Here you will be able to see the subscription types available for each student and you will be able to buy the subscription required.

▪     “CREDENTIALS” – The student credentials are needed to be able to connect to your student smart phone. The first time you Log In as a Guardian, you will need to set up the student credentials by defining student “EMAIL ADDRESS” and by creating a “PASSWORD” for the student. These credentials will have to match the credential in the “STUDENT APP” to be able to connect and track the student.

WHY CAN’T I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT?

⦿     Check you have downloaded the correct App and check you have entered the Verification Code you received in the invitation email correctly.

HOW CAN I RECOVER MY FORGOTEN PASSWORD?

⦿     To recover a forgotten password you need to press the “Forgot Password” button in the Login screen, which will send you to a new screen where you will be asked to enter a valid email address. You will then be sent a Verification Code, which you must use to reset your password.

WHAT IS A VERIFICATION CODE?

⦿     A Verification Code is a code that you will receive either by email or text message. This verification code will verify an email address or a phone number.

HOW DO I RECEIVE A VERIFICATION CODE?

⦿     You can receive verification codes in several ways. The first is to receive the Verification Code via email from an Organization to activate your account. The other is to receive a Verification Code directly to your phone number to verify such phone number and be able to access your account via the App.

HOW DO I ADD/MODIFY A PHONE NUMBER?

⦿     In the Manage Profile Screen, you will find a button to Add/Modify Phone No. Once you press this button, you will be directed to the Add/Modify Phone Screen. Here you will enter your phone number and will be asked to Get Verification Code, press this button and you should receive a Verification Text Message to your phone. You enter the Verification Code in the Verify Phone Screen. Your phone will be verified.

HOW DO I VERIFY A PHONE NUMBER?

⦿     In the Manage Profile Screen, you will find a button to Add/Modify Phone No. Once you press this button, you will be directed to the Add/Modify Phone Screen. Here you will enter your phone number and will be asked to Get Verification Code, press this button and you should receive a Verification Text Message to your phone. You enter the Verification Code in the Verify Phone Screen. Your phone will be verified.

WHAT IS AN INVITATION?

⦿     Each Organization or Primary Guardian can send an invitation to anyone who has the App. To join any Organization or Primary Guardian group the user has to accept the invitation. The user has also the option to reject the invitation.

WHO CAN SEND AN INVITATION?

⦿     Invitations to join a specific organizations is sent by the Organizations. Invitation to join specific Primary Guardian groups is sent by the Primary Guardian.
